Meet Patricia

Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Patricia Perez is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a proud Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center graduate. She has a deep passion for whole-person care, from oncology to mental health and everything in between. Her clinical journey has been shaped by a love for serving individuals with developmental and behavioral needs, as well as a profound appreciation for the courage and resilience of patients and families facing life-altering diagnoses.

Patricia currently serves as a Nurse Practitioner at Texas Girls and Boys Ranch, where she delivers medical and mental health support for children and adolescents in foster care. She is also the founder of NeuroBloom, a practice dedicated to offering compassionate, neurodivergence-affirming care that empowers individuals and families to thrive. She credits much of her inspiration to her mentor, Dr. Karen Rogers, whose compassion, insight, and dedication to a vulnerable population helped shape Patricia’s own clinical philosophy.

Patricia also serves as Board Secretary for A Place to Call Home, an organization supporting adults with special needs through person-centered advocacy. Her work, both clinical and community-based, is rooted in advocacy, empathy, and the belief that everyone deserves to feel seen, heard, and supported.
